Need URGENT solution! Plasma 6 keyboard layout BIG problem. (SOLVED)

Hello! Need urgent solution!

After an update BIG problem arised with keyboard layouts. The layouts are incorrect. The problem has to be somewhere in plasma, because outside of it - on tty or mate desktop for example and the files in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/ everything works correctly. The problem is on the isos too, not only on my installation.

I tried to roll back my installation, but no help. The problem remained. I don't know what to do.

I need urgent solution, because it is difficult, or partly impossible to use the keyboard for writing. Problematic is the level activated by ALT Right key (ISO Level3 Shift).

In the attachments the upper image is the correct layout, and under it is the Rosa plasma layout. I noted with green and then red circles the keys which I use normally and are not alright anymore. There are also other differences, as you can see, but I marked the most important ones for me.

I attach the US layout too, to see how different is the normal layout and Rosa's layout.

No, it has nothing to do. It just changes, eventually, the number of keys, but the layout itself, not. So, the secondary symbols for example the 'key A' are the same on the same layout no matter what keyboard setting is used. And this is normal to be like this.

It is very weird. Why it worked until this plasma reinstall?

I wonder, because I checked now the original 13.0 iso, and is the same problem on it. Why did not appeared until now?

On both of my laptops - Lenovo and Dell (this Dell is a 100% linux compatible laptop, it came with Ubuntu 22.04 installed on it, the correct layouts are from its plasma 5 installation) - the layouts on Rosa 13 Plasma isos have the same problem. And I encountered this only on Rosa. Testing other distros plasma6 iso, it is not a problem.

But because on my main production used laptop, the Lenovo with Rosa installed on it, plasma6 as work desktop environment, I have to find urgently a solution.

Have you installed the locales package for your language? It might not be installed by default.
For example, I only have three packages installed.

locales-ru
locales-en
locales-extra-charsets

Yes, I do.
I have already installed them. These were the first files checked after the breakage. But they are not plasma-specific files.

I have on my instaltion these packages installed:

locales - Base files for localization
locales-en - Base files for localization (English)
locales-extra-charsets - Character set definitions for non-Unicode locales
locales-hu - Base files for localization (Hungarian)

But as I conclude from their description and the files contained, they are not responsible for the keyboard layouts.

And keyboard is OK in tty command-line and mate-desktop too. That is why I suppose to search somewhere in Rosa's plasma way of understanding keyboard layout's ALT R activated level.

But look at the ENGLISH US layout. The normal layout has NO CHARACTERS on the ALT R activated level. And on Rosa it is plenty with characters. And these characters from this level seems to interfere with the other language layouts, overwriting them.

It is a unique setting and specific only for Rosa Plasma. It is the same on all updated Plasma isos - Rosa 13.1 Plasma 5 & 6 and Rosa 2021.1 Plasma 5.

Which package or setting is responsible for this, for creating a third and forth level on basic english or russian layouts too, layouts which normally has NO third and forth level, which overrides other language layout's ALT R activated levels?

On Rosa 13.1 Gnome iso everything is OK.

In the last image I compared two russian distros - the russian layout from RedOS 8.0.2 Plasma 5 and Rosa 13 Plasma. Look how clean is the normal russian layout in RedOs, and how full of ALT R activated character the one on Rosa.

Well, yes, these are symbols that are enabled in the KDE settings. Typographic symbols.
I always have them enabled because I need to enter additional symbols while working.
For example, the symbols »»»» «««««

That was the problem. I have never met this setting before, and never met it activated by default on any distro. It makes big troubles for keyboard layouts and languages which has to use the third and fourth keyboard levels.

There were hard days nights fiddling around . And I wonder how happened that it was disabled and then enabled without my intervention. Only if the updates contained different default settings from one release to another.

For a user like me it would have been better if it was disabled by default.

They should be disabled by default.
I always re-enable them when I reinstall the system with a new user.
