Такая же проблема, видюха 1070 ti, стоят проприетарные драйвера, зачем мне при обнове пытаются поставиться открытые?? Вроде бы как открытые для 5хххх серии и выше, 10ххх серию они не поддерживают, или я в чем то ошибаюсь?

Hello! Nvidia-proprietary does support GTX1xxx series Nvidia-Open support from GTX16xx and RTX and most recent GPUs. So update should not try to install Open drivers when you use Nvidia-Proprietary. BTW I dont have any of Open packages installed. There others packages to update and error is simillar.

Убрал из своего репозитория пакет tesseract-5.5.1.
Теперь не должно быть ошибки.

Похоже у вас есть уже установленный
kernel-modules-nvidia580-open-6.17-generic.
И из-за него не может установиться пакет
kernel-modules-nvidia580-proprietary-6.16-generic.

Нужно сделать замену модулей

Нет, так не нужно делать.
У нас discover и установка пакетов flatpak не используются по умолчанию.
Для сообщений об обновлениях используется
rosa-update-system.
Два виджета о доступных обновлениях нам не нужны.
Если кому-то нужен plasma6-applet-discovernotifier,
он может его установить сам вручную.

Я вас понял.
Если вам нужно, чтобы в системном лотке работал discover, то конечно нужно устанавливать пакет
plasma6-applet-discovernotifier.
Но устанавливать его в систему по умолчанию не будем.
И в зависимости не будем добавлять.
Если кому-то понадобится, он сможет установить вручную.
