Bug with latest Firefox

Firefox 60.6.3ESR installed from repos. Every time I start it, "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" rechecks itself. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalled, creating new profile, still checks itself every time I start Firefox.

After upgrading to 60.7.0esr, issue still exists.

After upgrading to 60.7.2esr, bug STILL exists...do the devs ever plan on fixing this bug, or is this going to be a "feature" of ROSA that you can't use a logical tab arrangement?
