Aggiornamento/Update - Lame & ffmpeg

Salve,

in allegato (file spec in formato .zip) gli aggiornamenti di lame (abilitato MP3X) e ffmpeg (4.4.3 -> 5.1.6 - l'aggiornamento non crea conflitti con versioni precedenti) solo per la piattaforma 2021.1.

Al solito verificate/testate/correggete eventuali errori e aggiornate il repositorio.

enclosed (specs file, zip format) updates of lame (enabled MP3X) and ffmpeg (4.4.3 -> 5.1.6 - update does not to create conflicts with older versions); these updates only for platform 2021.

As usual checking/correcting/testing any errors and add changes to the repository.

ffmpeg and other impotant programs not update on stable platform. Update ffmpeg need rebuild all programs that use it, and many program in repo rosa2021.1 not support ffmpeg5

ffmpeg5 and newer in rosa13 (rosa2023.1) only!!!

What you update in lame? in rosa2021.1 mp3x enabled by default.

Oops ok. I have compiled Audacity with support to avformat 59 (ffmpeg 5), but now i will stop.

Audacity 3.7.0 on 2021.1 with FFMPEG5

But it's always possible to update Audacity to 3.7.0 on 2021.1 platform using avformat58 (ffmpeg4).

What you update in lame? in rosa2021.1 mp3x enabled by default.

yes this is one programm, lets go backport all other project from rosa13 to rosa2021.1.

I'm one of the people who fix ffmpeg in rosa13, and this way is hard.
