Actually I want to say that a lot of running on all kinds of forums, and seen almost anywhere in Linux to use ATI CCC (as in the Windows). Somehow, with the NVidia Setting all enjoy, but with ATI - no. Strange, but true.
In general in the ROSA repositories 2012 is ATI Catalyst Control Center.
Package fglrx-control-center-8.961-3-rosa.lts2012.0.x86_64

1. First, install and set up a proprietary driver fglrx from XFdrake
2. Then install ATI CCC
