Standalone ROSA Icons archive
At the momen there are some troubles with the broken .tar.gz if you download it from icons' project on ABF (https://abf.rosalinux.ru/import/rosa-icons), but do not forget that you can easily extract the archive from SRPM:

or (for lazy Ubuntu users) here is additional direct link:
