Please upload your computer probe to the ROSA Hardware Database

We ask all ROSA Linux users to upload probes of their computers to supplement the database of supported hardware. Please attach all available peripheral devices to the computer before creating a probe (external drives, printers, etc.). If some device doesn't work, please also describe the problem and make a separate topic for discussion.

You need to run only one simple command in the terminal to create a probe:

hw-probe -all -upload

This command will return an URL, that can be attached to your future messages.

I've sent my data already in March 2015 and I think this database results in a very good support of actual hardware, too. So it's a very important task to give as much information as possible about hardware to the developers. I tried to support this by publishing an article at German IT-Website golem.de already in April 2015:

We had more than 75000 side views till today, so perhaps and hopefully some people have been introduced to ROSA-Linux by this article;-)
