will there be an area dedicated to package request/inclusion in the repository?

not sure where to post this, so here it is would love to see radiotray packaged for Rosa..

Yes. Go and register on http://bugs.rosalinux.ru/ , then New --> ROSA Linux: --> select component 'package requests'

After the installation is working perfectly
