Rosa Fresh R7 (2014.1) What is Rosa Freeze?

With R7 there are new programs installed out of the box. Such as "Rosa Freeze"...

I checked and saw it is quite usefull but I don't know to use it effectively. How can I use it? What is it for exactly?

Can someone tell me about this?
