Да, проблема именно с шифрованным рутом - он не переживает обновление драката, т.к. dracut при обновлении затирает нужные конфиги и перегенерирует initrd. Который, соответственно, получается без поддержки шифрования. Dracut мы исправим, чтобы больше так не делал.
