background and menu question(kde)

Hello,

I have two questions

1) How can I change the background of KDE ?

2) Can I have the old Kickoff menu back instead of the current menu ?

1. To change the background in KDE, right click an empty area of the desktop, and select the Desktop Settings option. When the Desktop Setting - Plasma Workspace window appears, you can select a new wallpaper style from the drop-down menus, or get new ones by clicking the Get New Wallpapers... button. You can also use an image from your computer as the wallpaper by clicking the Open... button.
2. From RocketBar panel, Add Wigets. Seach KickOff and move...

I can find the right widget but I cannot move or delete the old menu widget from rocketbar.

Any tips ?
