Very long printing dialog window delay

First I observed with masterpdfeditor, but then it proved to be the same from other apps too, like gwenview or dolphin. Generally I have to wait 4-5 seconds on the Lenovo IdeaPad 5 or even around 10 seconds on a Dell Vostro 3530 on these apps that the printing dialog window to appear.

There is no problem from libreoffice, gimp or inkscape.

What can I do to make it to work normally, to appear instantly?

Please, nobody has any idea what can be the problem? It is annoying.
Might be some qt setting somewhere in Rosa which causes this delay? It is happening for me on Rosa, testing other distros there is no such problem.
