Не работает valgrind

Пишет, что не хватает неких debuginfo пакетов, которые в репозиториях отсутствуют

Нужный пакет есть на abf. Вот rpm https://file-store.rosa.ru/api/v1/file_ ... c7d977418a

Как вам подсказали выше, пакеты есть.
Чтобы они устанавливались, нужно в файле
/etc/yum.repos.d/10-rosa-main-x86_64.repo
для источника Main - Debug заменить
enabled=0
на
enabled=1
