aggiornato Kicad alla versione 9.0.0 (in allegato spec file & C. nel formato zip).
NOTA: La versione 9 non compila su Rosa2021.1, necessarie alcune aggiunte software e aggiornamenti (e.g. aggiunta pacchetto NNG, aggiornamento software Protobuf ecc).

I have update Kicad to the 9.0.0 version (enclosed zip file).
NOTE: Version 9 does not compile on Rosa2021.1, some software additions and updates needed (e.g. add NNG sw package, Protobuf software update etc.)
As usual checking/correcting/testing any errors and add the changes to the repository.
