First I would like to thank you for this beautiful distribution

Secondly, I have a problem I hope that you will help me in fix it

It is that the disk is divided into two parts I can not move files between parts the files in the system partition only home I can move files in the same parts and other part I can not move files just can view

please, send hw-probe after error. The probe include logs and configuration.

I tried to open the file as Root

I can edit and move files

How can I move files without Root ?

Looks like you have a permissions problem -- not Rosa's fault. Your question could perhaps be best handled on a generic Linux forum like Stackoverflow.
Anyway try checking that the folder/directory you are moving the files to is writeable by your user. You can do that from Dolphin by right clicking on the folder and then clicking on properties.
