Is there any tool of Rosa Desktop Fresh to change wallpaper easily?

ps: i wanted to change by graphic viewer by clicking a button "set as wallpaper" but i couldnt find either...

i was looking for "change desktop wallpaper command" or something else but it has been right click on desktop and choosing "folder view settings"....
