hello how do you download RPM's outside of package manager? i'm trying to download google-chrome-26.0.1397.2-69-mib2012.1.i586.rpm but when i click on it the little launcher icon bounces like it's going to launch software installer but nothing happens...i checked the permisiions also..thank you.

Try installing it from command line. Become root, then issue
