nfs mounts no longer mount at boot

For some time the folders on my home server have failed to mount at boot. I have to issue "mount -a" at the CLI to force them to mount, even though nsf-utils is installed and the statement

<IP of Server>:/path-to-server-mounts path-to-client-mounts nfs defaults 0 0

is in /etc/fstab.

Mageia recently dealt with this issue, which as I recall is a kernel issue.

Are there others having this problem in ROSA 2012.1?
