From central Texas I am a retired 81 year old Chef and admit freely to no longer being sharpest knife in drawer (comprehension wise that is) But I am extremely happy to be here. Getting here for me was rather time consuming due to my confusion. I tried first for a dual boot which failed and thank heaven for super grub to get back to windows. Where I activated virtual box and finally ended up face to face with you folks. Obviously I connected automatically but not wirelessly. Tried that and been ages since I was confronted with BSSID, Mac Address etc so gave up there. Again will thanks and will endeavor to enjoy the ride

Greetings from Germany and I am also new to ROSA Desktop Fresh 2012. Long Mandriva Power User since Mandrake 8.2 and from Mandriva 2011 I changed to this Distro.
Very quick booting and the ROSA Desktop is a nice feature for the KDE Desktop.

Hey folks great to be here. I am in from north Carolina USA and I have been a crazed distro hopper for many many years now.So I was looking to settle down now.. and of late I have been enjoying myself with the Rosa distros. right now I'm on the gnome and loving it but I believe i'll settle in with the new KDE version.. I really enjoyed that. but for now I'm just gonna beat up on this gnome version for acouple more days...Great to be here and thanks for having me. And I hope that down the road I can get envoled here and even get to spredding this distro around here on the east coast...see ya around and God Bless.
