Would it be possible to package tomahawk player for rosa?

I filed the bug a few days ago. Do you have any idea of when i will get a reply?

Sometimes it takes hours, sometimes even weeks. In general, developers check package requests when they don't have any high-priority tasks left. There are also community contributors who check package requests from time to time. So, you can never know how fast you can get requested package or reply.

As for Tomahawk player, it's already in work.

Unfortunatelly, it seems to be impossible to build new versions of Tomahawk for Rosa Marathon After some investigations we found that it requires new versions of system libraries and even build tools. Actually, we cannot update clucene in LTS because most likely it will break some KDE4 core packages.

But at least we packaged latest Tomahawk for upcoming Rosa 2012 Desktop (aka 2012.1) release.

Thank you very much. I will start using rosa desktop when it reaches beta quality.

BTW, tomahawk in 2012.1 is updated to 0.6.0.

Tomahawk is updated to 0.7.0.
