Landscape printing form master-pdf-editor

As pdf viewer I am using for years master-pdf-editor, mainly because it is the only which has a real-time preview on the printing dialog of what would be printed and because it is capable to reuse a page multiple times for print. For example, if I want to print page 1 on a single A4 two times, I would choose pages 1,1 and multiple / 2 pages per page, it shows me that and I can print what I see.
But printing in landscape on Rosa 13 from master-pdf-editor on my printer always shrinks the page (I do not know why and to what scale, and do not tested on other real printer). As a workaround I could turn the page to portrait, but if I put two portrait pages on a landscape page I have to click multiple times. It takes a lot more time, more settings to change from the basic ones. I don't know what is the problem, because the same version of master-pdf-editor on another laptop and linux OS with the same printer works OK, but it is the only app behaving like this.
Then I tried to print from master-pdf-editor to pdf with cups-printer. The result was OK. This led me to the ideea that the printer driver has a problem. Is is a HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401 dn printer, which before had no problems. I tried several HP drivers from the CUPS list. Finally, after hours of trial and error, I ended up with HP LaserJet 5 Foomatic/pxlmono driver, like the only one which prints OK on landscape and double-sided too.
But, I always used before the matching model's driver HP LaserJet 400 M401 dn, and had no problems. Also, with this Foomatic driver, are missing some settings, for example the type of paper, which sets up the time of burning the toner on the paper (for example on heavier papers, more than the basic 80g/mp). The Foomatic driver is a workaround only for basic, everyday tasks.
This only happens printing from master-pdf-editor, but this app is the main which I use for printing from. Where should be the problem?
As a side-mark, the hplip-gui-3.25.2 from repository has its interface mixed in russian and english, but maily in russian. I didn't find a way to convert it to english in any way. The previous version, 3.24.4 was all in english. Maybe an update can correct this.
