2021.1 Aggiornamento Bluefish 2.2.12 -> 2.2.16

Salve,
in allegato (file spec in formato .zip) l'aggiornamento dell'editor Bluefish alla versione 2.2.16 solo per la piattaforma 2021.1.
Verificate/testate/correggete eventuali errori e aggiornate il repositorio.
1) Modificato file patch bluefish-2.2.15-shellbang.patch poiché nell'ultima verione:
"The old built-in javascript beautifier has been removed, Bluefish now uses the jsbeautify from your system (if available)."
Pertanto ho aggiunto come dipendenze raccomandate il pacchetto python-jsbeautifier.
Aggiunto shebang al file bluefish-2.2.16/src/plugin_zencoding/zencoding/actions/traverse.py.
2) Aggiunto file patch bluefish-2.2.16-replace-obsolete-macro.patch:

3) Rimossa opzione --disable-splash-screen dal configure poiché non più presente.
