OpenBabel: aggiornamento/update 2.4.1 -> 3.3.1

ho aggiornato alla versione 3.3.1 il pacchetto "OpenBabel".
In allegato il file "openbabel-3.1.1-1.spec_patch_file.zip" contenente tante modifiche; ovviamente verificatelo, correggetelo in caso di errori, e se volete aggiungetelo al vostro repository.

Test conversione 2D->3D con interfaccia grafica (2D->3D conversion with GUI).

Come da immagine allegata funziona senza alcun problema, da linea di comando e da GUI (confrontato anche con la versione online):

Hi,

I have update "openBabel" software to 3.3.1 version. Enclosed "openbabel-3.1.1-1.spec_patch_file.zip" with a lot of changes; verify it - correct it in case of errors - then add in your repo.
It works very well (image enclosed), no problem at all. from command line and GUI (also compared with online version):
