Is ther a way to make an update from rosa 2012 Marathon to the beta of 2012.1 ?

No. The only way is to install it from scratch. The code difference is too big.

You may try (it's real), but...
1. You need manually resolved all conflicts
2. You may broke you system (really) - some system part is moving to another, some droped...
3. You need manually delete old config and add newest
4. You need setup sudo...

and etc...

If it's really need for you? Reinstall system is more quickly... Not format /home and you may have really fresh system (but we recomend delete .kde4 dir and setup for new).
