И установился сам при подключении .... показывает что есть и тестовую страницу отправляет но тишина... не печатает...

у меня p1102. было тоже самое. виден но не пашет. точнее первое подключение тестовую страницу печатает и все. итог зайди в цент настройки принтеров и запусти настройку принтера. потом сделай его основным и все дела. но глюк и правда интересный.

Начитался до того что пишут вроде как на этих принтерах прошивки нет и что прошивка туда закачивается при подключении....
Шеур USB рабочий так как подключая принтер CP1025 цветной он его сам установил и все прекрасно печатает... даже удивило

Если прошивка закачивается то да, автоподключение не сработает, нужно удалить и вручную подключить - прошивка скачается и установится.

на панели рядом с часами найдешь "параметры системы"->"настройка принтера". запустишь настройку и будет тебе счастье. там же и удалить сможешь. сначала откроешь удалишь и настроишь.

уменя сработал вариант именно с настройкой принтера. и я ничего не удалял. пока что. но принтер заработал.

Ура заработало!
Оказывается вот как надо было делать!
Заходим в HP Device Manager - Device - Diagnose HPLIP Driver....
Откроется HP-doctor -Konsole
Вот то что там было....
По вопросам там все понятно... обновили PPD ну еще всякая хз зачем... но все заработало...

теперь установил его сетевым на Windogluk машину и пытаюсь настроить... пока глухо... но это уже совсем другая тема.
