And now alpha does not go past the login screen. I think i should revert back to 2012 marathon.

I am not able to turn off bluetooth in rosa 2012.1. Also, it seems that ntp is broken.

I agree. However, on lxde the default firefox theme is nice.

It looks great on lxde but on kde it did not look good. I changed the theme to the one used by you and now it looks better.

I am now installing extensions through browser only.

I am loving rosa linux but firefox looks crap. Any way to make it look better?

I have firefox 10.0.4 installed but when i try to install any extension it gives this error. I have enabled the mandriva international backports repository. I know that i can install these without using the repo but this should be corrected.

Why are most of the packages named starting with mandriva?

I am not able to install the e17 metapackage because it says that some packages are missing. It would be better to remove that metapackage.

I have a nvidia 7400 go card.

Xfdrake restores to the same configuration and the x server does not work after doing so. It basically says that nvidia module is not available and it is not able to find any screens.

I think i should reinstall and use nouveau only.

I just installed Rosa linux with lxde. After installation the system informed me that propeitary nvidia drivers are available so i installed them. Now the xorg server does not start because it says that the nvidia module is missing. What should i do?
Any help would be appreciated.
